Life has an uncanny way of hurling unexpected challenges our way, doesn’t it? For me, everything seemed to culminate around my 50s.
As the pages of my calendar fluttered towards a new chapter, the number 50 blinked at me – a milestone that was to hold both promise and reflection but which left me feeling overwhelmed and lost as my life shifted in both unexpected and expected ways.
After the end of a marriage and seeing my youngest off to university, it felt like the home that once resonated with their presence, was echoing with a newfound quiet, amplified by the winds of change that were already sweeping through my world as a woman in my 40s.
Still, the universe wasn't content with these changes alone:
● One of my businesses, once thriving, was struggling in the wake of the pandemic.
● A home renovation project added to the stress, followed by being forced to part ways with the home that had been my haven.
● Amidst it all, a beloved canine companion fell ill, the weight of an inevitable goodbye adding to the grief of change
No matter what you are going through, I have probably been there and I can help.
Menopause is natural, suffering is not!
You deserve to feel great & I can help you!

Helping
women
thrive
through their 40s & 50s
As I stood at the crossroads of one of the most transformative periods of my life, I found solace, strength, and a path forward through what I now call the QUEEN method.
With its guidance, I embarked on a journey of self-compassion, resilience, and healing through this period of change and emerged on the other side feeling more empowered than ever in my ability to navigate challenge and change.
The QUEEN method gifted me the power of grace. It showed me that it was okay to not be okay, granting me permission to embrace the tumultuous sea of emotion that was threatening to drown me.
With each passing day, I learned to manage stress not by suppressing it, but by allowing it to flow through and pass on.
Physical wellbeing became a cornerstone of my resilience. I restructured my workouts, intertwining nature walks and weightlifting sessions.
I found solace, strength, and a path forward through what I now call the QUEEN method
And you can have that too!
Tuning into my body's whispers, I learned how to develop a more harmonious partnership with my body, fostering strength and learning to work with my changing body in a powerful way.
Through the embrace of my Oura ring, I embraced a newfound commitment to rest and recovery. And as the days unfolded, I delved into the intricate dance between food, drink, and my body's response, eventually bidding adieu to alcohol for the greater good of my sleep.
The QUEEN method sparked an awakening within me, urging me to listen to my intuition – both its physical and emotional cues. Each morning, I'd ask myself which facet of the method I needed most that day, letting it lead the way.
I parted ways with my social media and let the news recede into the distance, leaving room for me to rekindle connections with the real world. The warmth of my girlfriends' support enveloped me, a reminder that I was never alone on this journey.
Meditation became my refuge, a sanctuary to unravel my feelings rather than burying them. Gratitude flowed, a morning and evening ritual that defied the ebb and flow of circumstance.
The amazing thing was that the QUEEN method wasn't confined to the present; it extended its grace to help me heal past wounds. It guided me to face the pain of my brother's death and strengthen my relationship with the people in my life.
In my quest for holistic healing, I sought a Naturopath, combining the QUEEN method with medical insights to help me work with my changing body, life and hormones.
I will be honest, the journey was trying and arduous, but I am incredibly grateful for the experience. I have emerged stronger, my spirit illuminated by the wisdom of the QUEEN method.
As I look back, I recognize that these trials were not meant to break me, but to mold me into a queen of my own life – resilient and empowered AND to give me insights to be able to help other women through their 40s and 50s.
You deserve to feel good in your body throughout all of the changes that are thrown your way and I can help you.
I would be so honoured to guide you through this period of change so that you too can step into living your amazingly, beautiful life like a queen.
