My name is Anna Olchowecki and I've been working in health care since 1995. I worked as a Nurse for 20+ years in both the public and private sectors, with both adults and children. I've been an athlete my entire life and am a mom to 2 kids. In both my professional career and personal experience I've witnessed how stress & illness causes pain and suffering in so many lives. I've also experienced how knowledge, nutrition and lifestyle can positively impact a person's life and those around them. I've coached hundreds of women in their health journeys over the years. I am passionate about women's health, especially functional nutrition. My desire for this e-book is to empower you with information that you can take forward and implement in your life, and in turn begin to make the changes you need to live out
